We recently undertook a significant renovation project for ACT 2 in Vancouver, transforming four residential units. Our team removed the existing nailed-down hardwood flooring, which had become uneven over time, and expertly leveled the floors throughout each unit. We then installed premium glue-down vinyl flooring, offering a modern and durable solution.
In addition to the flooring, we renovated the bathrooms by removing the old vanities that were damaged due to water exposure. We installed brand-new vanities, replaced the countertops, and upgraded the faucets to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
