Project Description
As a home renovation company based in Tri-Cities, we were recently approached by a client who wanted to renovate their 3200 square foot home. The project involved several key components, including removing an old chimney and replacing it with a stunning electrical fireplace, removing a large wall between the kitchen and living room to create more space, self-leveling the floors, installing vinyl Herringbone flooring, and replacing the baseboards and casings.
To start the project, our team first focused on removing the old chimney and installing the new electrical fireplace. We worked with the client to choose a design that complemented the existing aesthetic of their home while adding a touch of modernity. Once the fireplace was installed, we moved on to the next phase of the project – removing the wall between the kitchen and living room. This required careful planning and execution to ensure the structural integrity of the home was not compromised.
Next, we tackled the self-leveling of the floors to ensure a smooth and level surface for the vinyl Herringbone flooring installation. The Herringbone pattern added a stylish and modern touch to the space, while the vinyl material was durable and easy to maintain.
Finally, we installed new drywall, baseboards, and casings throughout the space to create a cohesive and finished look. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that their vision for the space was realized and that every detail was perfect.
Overall, the renovation project was a success, and our team was proud to have helped our clients transform their home into a more modern and functional space.
